1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for unopened, unused, and sealed products.

2. Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products unless they are defective or damaged during transit.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at support@nectarol.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if damaged).

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
